Extended Warranty Registration
To qualify for the BRUNEL Tools extended warranty, eligible products must be registered online within 30 days of purchase at www.bruneltools.co.uk. Products eligible for the extended warranty will be clearly marked as such on the item listing and invoice. This warranty applies to all BRUNEL Tools products that are registered within the specified period.
Conditions Covered by the BRUNEL Tools Guarantee
You must be the original purchaser (proof of purchase required: receipt, invoice, or email confirmation).
The product must show a defect related to a production failure, not wear and tear.
Products must be purchased within the United Kingdom.
Conditions Not Covered by the BRUNEL Tools Guarantee
Wear and tear, such as on blades, bulbs, and batteries.
Moving parts subject to wear and tear.
Accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or force majeure events (e.g., floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, lightning strikes).
Acts of war, strike, riot, or crime.
Any repair work by unauthorised third parties voids the warranty.
The guarantee is not transferable to other products; each product must be individually registered.
Changes to the specification that do not affect the product's function.
Products without the warranty shield are not eligible for the guarantee.
Discontinued items will be replaced with an equivalent product in terms of use and quality.
Limitations of Responsibility
We do not take responsibility for third-party products or any damage to devices used with our products. Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at our discretion. If an identical product is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be provided. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages related to the warranty issue.
Returning Goods
Customers are required to return goods to us at their own cost for inspection to validate warranty claims. If your product is deemed covered by the warranty, we will dispatch a new product to you within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the proper care and protection of their items.
