Dispatch Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there is any delay in the dispatch of your items we will contact you by email or phone.
Free Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders will be delivered in 2-5 Working days once received by the courier.
We send items with Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, FedEx and pallet delivery services.
Pallet Delivery:
If your order is shipped on a pallet, someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the pallet may either be left on your driveway or returned to the delivery hub. Please note that if the pallet is returned to the hub, a redelivery fee will apply, which you will be responsible for covering.
